Christina Hip-Flores, MPP, JCD earned her BA in Public Policy at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School (1999). She earned her Masters in Public Policy (MPP) at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government (2004). She earned her licentiate in Canon Law (JCL) from the Catholic University of America (2010), and finally her doctorate in Canon Law (JCD) from the University of Navarra (2015). She wrote her doctoral dissertation on the ancient Ordo Viduarum, consecrated widows in canon law. Dr. Hip-Flores works as an ecclesiastical judge, Defender of the Bond, and consultant for various ecclesiastical tribunals in the United States and Cuba. She has extensive speaking experience addressing topics such as the juridic structure of marriage and the marriage nullity process, consecrated life, sanctions, and Catholic Social Doctrine.

Recibió su licenciatura en Derecho Canónico de la Universidad Católica de América (2010), y por último su doctorado en derecho canónico de la Universidad de Navarra (2015). Defendió su tesis doctoral sobre el antiguo Ordo Viduarum, la viudez consagrada regulada por el CCEO c. 570. Dra. Hip-Flores trabaja profesionalmente como juez eclesiástico, defensora del vinculo, y consultora en varias diócesis de los Estados Unidos y Cuba.
